3. How do I make an order?

We accept order confirmations through our website www.vilasitha.lk

4. How can I pay for the order?

We have established wide range of payment methods considering your convenience.

• WE accept all Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Also, you can make your payment through online bank by using GENIE APP.

• We accept VISA, MASTER, DINER CLUB, Discover and AMEX payments also.

• For credit cards we are introducing interest free INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN for you. For Purchases over 10,000 this facility will be applicable. You can purchase any listed item from us, make payments in 3 installments in 3 Months for 0% Interest.

5. How soon will it deliver after placing my order?

We aim to ship all orders in less than 5 business days (Our average delivery time is 3 days, how ever due to covid 19 travel restriction it may differ time to time).

6. Do you ship outside of Sri Lanka?

7. How can I do an exchange or return?

We practice no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items (Special reasons may be consider). However, we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a massage to your phone & Email account containing your tracking information & expected delivery date once your order has delivered via our partner with the one of prominent courier service.

9. My delivery was damaged/missing an item who should I contact?

If you are having any problems with your delivery do not hesitate to contact us immediately along with your reference order number.

10. Which product should I order?

FOR VENDORS

1. How do I apply to become merchant at Vilasitha.lk?

You can reach out to us submit details through our website and our team will be happy to get you started.

2. What fees will Vilasitha.lk charges for merchants?

We have four types of vendors. Charges are according to the category that you choose. Please refer the document.

3. How will Vilasitha.lk settle my payment?

If no refunds have been requested, Vilasitha.lk will pay the merchant the total amount of all transactions in 15 days cycles. This will be credited to your bank account on the 15th and the last day of each month.

4. How do I receive login credentials for the merchant portal?

Once you register with Vilasitha.lk, your login credentials will be sent to you by our merchant registration team via email. You can save your logging information to our site.
